Warmed up with some Daisy Pickers and MMPs x10 IC.

PAX helped me explore possible sites for a Monday AO in River Forest/Forest Park. Washington Commons is fairly well lit and the field got out shoes a bit wet. No exercises along the way as my back was feeling roughed up from 2x coupon workouts this week.

CoT:  My dad just turned 70 and is still doing what he loves, surfing, as he’s kept himself in great shape over the years through exercising. Hoping that I have the same longevity in being able to engage in the sports/activities I enjoy so thanks to this group for pushing me to get out there.
