3 for 6+ at The Commodore. Cheddar had to scoot early so I grabbed an old photo. Had a couple different options to choose from which reminded me how consistent Sunday’s have been for the 3 of us. And it reminded me how lucky I am to have this level of consistency on any given Sunday.

James Clear says, “if you want to build habits that last, join a group where the desired behavior is the normal behavior.” I believe we have that behavior in Evanston, Oak Park, Chicago and La Grange. It’s that level of consistency across our region that allows each group to thrive, yet develop their own culture.
There is a concept in F3 called starfishing. In essence, you cut off one arm of the starfish and it grows back. You don’t need the head (F3 Nation) to survive, you simply need to regrow the “arm” and accelerate. That’s the beauty of this group, that’s the beauty of F3 as a whole. You want to build good habits, post and participate in the group. It’s as simple as that.
