8 brave PAX met in the gloom of the Humboldt Park boathouse this AM to celebrate some pre-thanksgiving pain. Sumo and Homer even put in 3.42 miles pre-beatdown just to give the rest of the PAX a handicap.

PAX moseyed to the soccer* field where we start with Tammy Wynettes. For each round, 1 = 1 and all PAX counted together.
Round 1: Merkins/Squats to a total of 100 each
Round 2: Lunges/Crunchy Frogs to a total of 50 each
Round 3: SSH/Plank Jacks for a total of 100 each
PAX jailbroke after each round to the other end of the soccer field.
We finished up The Thang with an abbreviated Nolan Richardson. In pairs, one PAX remains back to perform burpies while the other PAX backpedals from the goal line to midfield. He then performs a perfect Bobby Hurley and jogs back to pick up the exercise where his partner left off. Groups are done when the reached 100 total burpies. Once done, they joined other groups to help them finish.
