7 for 5+.   Speed and more speed at The Grind today. We all got a little faster and we all definitely got 1% better than we were yesterday.

What did we get better at? Being thoughtful humans. Yeah, the physical stuff is nice but we show up to learn. We show up to listen. And we show up for each other. Exercise is the excuse to come out in the morning. But we know the not-so-hidden secret of the group, it’s the fellowship that keeps us coming back.
