Mosey to workout location (Basketball Court). 12 stations set up. Each exercise performed for 1 1/2 minutes with a 30 second rest period in between. Stations consisted of the following:
- American Hammers
- Bent Over Row
- Bench Press
- Big Boys
- Imperial Marchers
- Mountain Climbers
- You Call It (exercise of choice)
Sloan led the pax through 10 minutes of stretching, preparing for the Iron Pax on Friday.
It was my 1 year anniversary date with F3. I thanked the Pax for their friendship and keeping me on track. I truly enjoy the camaraderie.
