8 HIM met on a wonderfully cool morning as the sun rose over the Green Room.  We went on a little tour to crawl the highest hill in Chicago.

• Mosey to Bunker Hill

The Thang

• 7s -Burpees at the bottom and Star Jumps at the top. Bear crawl up and jog/walk down
• Mosey back to start
