11/27/21 – 32 degrees – clear, cool and dark to start the morning at 6 am.

YHC was expected 3 based on the HC’s for the preblast.    When 6 showed up, I decided to change the plan for straight ruck/merkin beatdown.

The group headed southeast for 1.5 miles until we got to City Limits.   We had stashed 3 coupons in a corner of the park after an October beatdown and I needed them for another purpose, so we grabbed them and make our way back to the Wreck Center.   Along the way, we had two friendly hello’s, so we celebrated by doing 5 merkins for each.

We picked up another 2 coupons at YHC’s house and got back to the wreck center just in time to see Cowboy Mouth preparing for his 7 am beatdown.   We ended with 5 merkins.

I am a serial planner.    Occasionally, it’s a good practice to get out of your comfort zone and try something else.   I changed the workout at the last minute and it was exhilarating.
