The Thang – Burpee/Blockee Ladder – Carry Blocks to the Football Field – Start at the west goal line.

 

Carry Block to the east goal Line -> Sprint Back to the west goal line ->  10 Burpees -> Sprint to your Block – > 10 blockees

Carry Block to the west goal line.   Sprint 90 yards to the 10 yard line -> 9 burpees -> Sprint to your Block -> 9 blockees

Carry Block to the east goal Line -> Sprint 80 yards to the 20 yard line ->  8 Burpees -> Sprint to your Block – > 8 blockees

Carry Block to the west goal line.   Sprint 70 yards to the 30 yard line -> 7 burpees -> Sprint to your Block -> 7 blockees

Carry Block to the east goal Line -> Sprint 60 yards to the 40 yard line ->  6 Burpees -> Sprint to your Block – > 6 blockees

Carry Block to the west goal line.   Sprint 50 yards to the 50 yard line -> 5 burpees -> Sprint to your Block -> 5 blockees

Carry Block to the east goal Line -> Sprint 40 yards to the 40 yard line ->  4 Burpees -> Sprint to your Block – > 4 blockees
