Circle of Trust (COT)

This is the toughest part of Chicago winters for me.  Holidays are done and we have cold and gloom ahead of us.  Instead of dread, something that helps me is think about the next day or the next week. You all will motivate me to get out of bed and engage in fitness outdoors.  Next up, Donut Shop on Wednesday.
