Soccer Goal chin ups>>alternating staggered hand push up (right close to body military style, left above head elbow bowing out)>>>Repeat both moves and switch arm for push up
Playground 1 minute 3 way shoulder taps
15 minute Yoga finish: breath and 3x push up each vinyasa

COT: Killing ANTS (Automatic Negative Thinking)!
It is human nature to remember the negative and pick out the bad. When early mankind was faced with lots of danger it served us well to remember where lions were, a cliff to avoid, danger, or hardship. In modern times most danger is non existent, but we still find fault and things to complain about. We need to KILL the ANTS and not pick out the negative so much. All throughout the day actively work to think I am grateful for breath, walking, eyesight, clean water etc. I am thankful for this cup of coffee, delicious tasting lunch, laughter. I am so lucky to have a job, I GET to go to work, I have the privilege of raising children. On and on!!!!
