Thang: We ran back my first Q from a couple years ago. West on Harvard to East, North on East to Pleasant. At Pleasant, rabbits run back to pick up the rhinos, and we all did 20 big bois, 20 merkins, and 20 squats. Then, East on Pleasant to Lombard, and South to Barrie Park. Once the six was in, we slow jogged the perimeter of the park, sprinting the final stretch south on Lombard from Garfield to Harvard. Fellowship jog back to AO. All told, about a 4 mile run.

Mary: Freddie Mercuries IC

COT: My kids found a tiny monarch caterpillar a week or so ago, and they brought it inside in a butterfly cage. It was smaller than a grain of rice. We’ve all been captivated by it, though, feeding it milkweed leaves and watching it double in size every couple of days. Just last night, it crawled to the top of the cage and started hanging from it’s tail end in a J shape, the final stage before chrysalis. Kids can be a great reminder of a sense of wonder. There’s wonderful things happening all around us – take notice!
