Started getting the legs warm on the turf field with there and backs for the following:
Skips, karaokes, high knees & butt kickers
Group run on a 3 mile loop to the parks from Eagles Landing to stop 1: Euclid Park for Bonnie Blairs IC X 20. Ran to stop 2: Carroll Park for Burpees OYO X 10. Continued run to Maple Park for some Big Boys OYO X 20. Ran ~1mi to recover location for Shoulder Taps X 10. Finished run back at Eagle’s Landing for scissor kicks X 10.
It was my VQ and shared gratitude and recognition for the Q’s who have helped me get into better shape over last 2 months and the PAX leading from front and back of house. Appreciated the group and fellow PAX helping each other in growth.
