Beautiful day for YHC’s inaugural Q as the new site Q for Eagle’s Landing. Was joined by 10 other Pax whose spirits were buoyed by the wonderful weather.

Warmup – SSH x25 IC; Imperial Walker x10 IC; Mountain Man Poopers x10 IC; Don Quixotes x10 IC; Daisy Pickers x10 IC.

The Run – One route with slight variations for different distances. All went to City Limits and circled Columbus Park. Some went straight back (3.3 miles). Some took a longer way back by going all the way to East Ave before doubling back to Eagle’s Landing (3.9 miles). Others circled Columbus twice before heading straight back (4.8 miles).

CoT – Lot of loneliness out in the world. And studies show more and more Americans are feeling it. Also a lot of senseless violence and killing. We can all impact that with the people we’re around every day. Keep an eye out for folks who could use a little kindness and consideration. Sometimes all it takes is checking in. Listening. The simple act of doing so will demonstrate to them that they are not alone. A little bit goes a long way. So let’s all keep that in mind.
