The BackBlast:
We kept things simple today since it was just the three of us. Warm-o-Rama was SSH IC x 10, arm circles IC x 10 and torso twist x 2 each side. We then moseyed to the playground where the 2.0’s ran around like animals while Sumo did a variety of AMRAP exercises including swerkins, derkins, rows, pull ups, body weight curls and dips. Everyone enjoyed the cooler weather.
