The BackBlast:
8 hearty beasts posted atta snowy landscape and completed the hour intact, and stronger. After a Warmorama that included Motivators from 9, the Pax grabbed the flag and headed out into the wintry park. The goal was the Lincoln Park Passerelle(bridge that connects Lincoln Park to Lake Mich), but we stopped a couple of times for Dips, Derkins, Shoulder Taps and Plank Jacks. At the Passerelle, we paired off and did some BOMBS(50, 100, 150, 200, 250.) Partner 1 started the thing, while Partner 2 ran across the bridge and back. The bridge provided a super-awesome frigid breeze. The Pax then did a Guardian Run back to the AO, finishing with a Jail Break. We finally got on our collective arse and did 25 Amer Hammers to close out the hour. Announcements mostly centered around proper cold weather gear, and the agreed upon goal of each Pax bringing 3 men to F3 in 2022. 5 for a stretch goal was proposed by Homer. Coffee happened.
