Fire Drill x10 (Roll right; Merkin; Roll Left= 1;); however you have succumbed to the fire.

Pickup Coupon Line Up: MARCH THROUGH HELL (like you are going through the opposite of the pearly gates)

Rifle Carry Coupon in a line; Last Pax stops; does 25 Curls and Runs (with coupon) to front of the line

Thang 1:  Vicious Pentagram (Hell’s work camp)

Music: Devil Went Down to Georgia- Charlie Daniels Band; Devil with a Blue Dress- Mitch Ryder; Demons- Imagine Dragons

7 Stations- 5 in a Star Shape.  (13 Pax, 2 per station; 1 solo station)

Station 1: Skull Crushers

Station 2: Crucifix Derkins (wide armed merkins with feet raised)

Station 3: Lucifer Lunge Press (Lunge with coupon and overhead press at bottom of lunge)

Station 4: Dead Lift

Station 5: Goblin Squat

Station 6: Fireman Carry two coupons in a concentric circle around the star (creating pentagram)

Station 7: Star Jumps;  Pax Total is 666 jumps.  (666/13= 51 each;  YHC did 3 extra to complete) Pax would rotate after each HIM completed 51 jumps.

Thang 2:  Murder Hornet (each Pax Own Hell)

Music: Bat out of Hell- Meatloaf; Bohemian Rhapsody- Queen

Starting at the Goal Line: Pax murder Bunny to the 10yd line; complete 5 Blockees; 10 Thrusters; 15 Overhead Press; Bear crawl (drag coupon) back the Goal Line.  Then Murder Bunny to the 20yd line; 10 Blockees; 20 Thrusters; 30 Overhead Press; Bear crawl back to Goal line.  Goal was to keep accelerating to the 30…but alas we had slayed all of the demons!

March Through Hell Back to Coupon Cabana-  We are exiting the Gates of Hell after defeating all the demons

CoT- Piggybacking off of Mayhem’s 7 day positivity challenge; I spoke about how tough it is to let things go- like telling Monday “To Go To Hell”.  So I am striving to be a better HIM in following the challenge set forth by Mayhem (synopsis: letting things go after two mins, and focusing on the positive of whatever made you angry).  I will probably need some help on the way- if you are the same, please DM me.
