Back-blast for the workout 6-23-22
Run around the AO, did 1 set of elevators, v ups, donkey kicks, and plank jacks. Ran to the stage, did 1 set of dips, box jumps, lunges, and knees to chest. We ran the stairs then ran to the back of the Panera parking lot, we did 1 set of hand step outs, bird dogs, air squats, and Bonnie Blair’s. We then did wheel barrels up the ramp. We then ran to LGP library parking lot did 1 set of declined merkins, glute bridges, side lunges, and ice skaters. Then we ran over to the fitness court where we did 1 set of terp taps, Freddie mercuries, mountain climbers, wall sits and ended in wall sits.Ended in COT.
