WEATHER: Cool, dry, and dark
WARM UP (all exercises were 12R/4ct):
- Mountain climbers
- Hacksaw Jim Duggins
- Lap around the soccer pitch (ran forward, backward, and alternating shuffles)
- High Knees
- Butt kickers
- Hip activators
- Inside/outside leg circles
All PAX, self-pace, for initial 5K time. Route from Irving Elementary was west on Harvard, south on Maple, east on Fillmore, north on Humphrey, and west on Harvard to starting point. Following run, Kodak took the initiative to lead PAX in cool down until the 6, (me), arrived. Upon my arrival, I joined in what Kodak started, and he passed it over to me to finish off with which I concluded with some hamstring stretching and some groin stretches.

Like running, and I believe some F3 guy has said this already so it’s not new material, there are rabbits and sixes on the physical front of things. On a relational piece, there are rabbits (fellas that invite others, push initiatives, and move towards the future) and there are sixes (fellas that check up on PAX who may have fallen off the radar or haven’t posted in a minute). All PAX were encouraged to know their part and do their part.
