THE THANG 1: DORA at the Fitness Court

QIC spoke of the significance of 41 reps for Warm-O-Rama.  In 2021, there were 4,170 children under the age of 15 diagnosed with a brain tumor.  Our F3 brother from F3 Naperville had his daughter become on of those statistics in March.  She had surgery and is making a great recovery!  Time to do 41 reps as a team.

HIM 1 worked Pull-Ups while HIM 2 ran up the hill and back.  After 41 total reps for each group, exercise switched to Step-Ups for 41 total reps for each group.  THANG 1 finished with another Indian Run.

Today was about honoring our F3 brother’s daughter and then 4,170 children diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2021.  QIC had a brain tumor which led to three surgeries.  Everyone has overcome their own grueling battles and can provide inspiration and guidance to others.  Be that HIM.  A leader in your community, for your family, and for yourself.  The American Brain Tumor Association hosts an annual fundraiser 5k called the BT5k.  Sunday, May 1, 2022 is the date of this year’s BT5k.  Look out for an invitation to join Team KMac!

The 4170 theme was meaningful to QIC and all the pax.  It’s important to band together, especially during unexpected and challenging circumstances.  The HIMs of LG push each other and work as a team.  Pax were not given direction from QIC for the Indian Runs, but rather, “Freed to Lead”.  The second run was particularly long, and challenging for the non-batflippers.  Encouragement and teamwork meant that no pax was left in the dust!

Love you all,
