Two of us ran a bit of Dean Smith’s 4 corners, and held off the Blue Demons. After a warmup that included Jump Rope Motivators from 9, and a few of the usuals, we headed out into the streets. We did a 4 Corner Loop(city block) twice…Corner 1 – 10 six count Burpees; Corner 2 – 15 Derkins, 15 BBSU; Corner 3 – 15 Shoulder Taps, 15 Plank Jacks; Corner 4 – 15 Manmakers, 15 Dips…We ran, skipped and scooted during the runs from one corner to the next…We ended with 5 MOM…T-Claps to GTL for posting in Steel Toe Boots!! Announcements were nil. Too cold!! Onward and Upward, Chick
