11/19/21: Twelve, yah 12, strong came out of a Bronco inspired RunClub. The Bronco lead us through multilap park run so I changed gears and took the crew on a park visit.
WARMER: daisy pickers, sideline to side line with varying high knees & butt kickers, more daisy pickers, and imperial walkers
THE THANG: 3 parks mixing in some BOMBS
Mosey west to Scoville. Drop and gimme 5 BOMBS per PAX (burpee, overhead clap, merkins, bigboys, and squats.
We then moseyed further west to Austin Gardens, scooped the loop and dropped another 5 BOMBS.
We pushed south, stopping 1/2 way to Mills Park for partner-merkins. First PAX holds a plank while 2nd PAX bangs out 10 merkins, then he holds a plank while other PAX knocks out 10 merks. Rinse Repeat alternating while counting reps cumulative to 100.
Continued on to Mills Park to drop another 5 BOMBS with some bench step-ups in the mix.
Moseyed back to Scoville for 5 more BOMBS before heading back to the Wreck Center.
MARY: End line to end line jog sprint x 3. Finished in centerfield circle with 5 BOMBS to finish.
