The BackBlast:

Pax gathered started with a 1/4 mile warm up run to a nearby blacktop.  There, we completed a 30 minute millennial.  This was a rotation of 10 exercises.  For each exercise, the group went until one pax reached 100 and called out “100.”  No Pax could call “100” a second time until we completed 5 rounds.  Between rounds, pax ran 40 yds down and back (75% down, recovery pace back).  10 exercises listed in order below:

  1. Side straddle hops
  2. Squats
  3. LBCs
  4. Merkins
  5. Bonnie Blairs
  6. American Hammers
  7. Shoulder Taps
  8. Monkey Humpers
  9. Flutter Kicks
  10. Overhead Claps
  11. Solidarity Burpees (group works together to amass 100 total)

Jog back to the kickoff point at recovery pace.
