Thang 2: OYO run East on Fillmore to Harvey. Rabbits doubled back to pick up the 6.
Thang 3: Ladders on turf field
Broke into teams of 2 with one partner running and the other resting. 4 cones were laid out at approx 10 meters intervals. 2 rounds of each of the following.
– Out to cone and backpedal back. Alternate partner for each cone.
– Out to cone, touch line and run back. Alternate partner for each cone.
– Ladder out to each cone and back while partner holds plank.
