Closing comment : encouraged the guys to focus on and do the basic stuff well.
This workout was simple – just weighted reps and a lap, definitely not complicated and only adjusted for time constraints. Stop what you’re doing/sit down and listen your wife and spend time with your shorties – get the basic stuff right and everything else will fall into place.
