Attitude and doing the little things adds up.  The Phoenix Challenge popped up and I didn’t want to do it because I was having a bad day and tons of stuff is coming up.  Sit with it.  Find something useful.  The baseline, chance to improve, reconnecting with F3 brothers.  How do you come out stronger.

Little things make a difference.  CANI – constant and neverending improvement.  Improve 1% per day.  What can you do for 2 minutes per day that will make a difference?  It’s only 2 minutes but it adds up quick.

Remember:  make it a better day for someone else.
