Shout to @Bouche who put the hammer down on the pavement. And Miles who did his work and then linked up with PAX to finish the ladders strong! Thanks to all for getting after it! We covered some serious ground today. (I think I heard 4.3 miles!)

Pick up the 6; All push to the finish;

THANG 2: Ladder 2 – Together then Apart

2 blocks to Division – 30 Curbies (Toe Taps); 10 BBSU; 4 Shuttle Runs (between curbs)

3 blocks to LeMoyne – 25 SSHs

Release home: Rabbits take Columbian to Linden to Lake to Wreck; Rhinos return to Wreck via Fair Oaks.

Pick up the 6 at Ontario; Flutter Kicks while you wait or go get the 6; Finish together to the Wreck Center.

I saw this on my desk this week and really hit me – in a good way. One thing I took from it this time was to resist getting attached to being a victim. (By all means feel your feelings brothers when things go wrong or someone treats you bad.) But we get to write and re-write our own story everyday – and other people don’t get to control your story.
