Warmed up with Motivators from 4, Mountain Man Poopers and Daisy Pickers before setting off on a 3.7 mile ruck that took us over the river at the start of the prairie path until we hit 1st and Madison and then upped the pace all the way down madison getting back only a minute late. It rained and we got wet.
CoT: Had a negative interaction with a co-worker and trying to work on not being defensive about it so I can really hear the other person and try to grow and do better.
