The Thang

Pax lined up, did 15 reps of one exercise (e.g., curls), went about 25 yards via rifle carry, lunge, etc. (with coupon), did 15 reps of the same exercise, and came back (same way) to the starting line to do another 15 reps (for a total of 45 reps). The first person who finished his reps dropped down and lead an abs exercise until everyone was completed with his reps.  Once everyone was done, we went to the next exercise:
