Thang 2: partner work

in partner groups, complete 75 curls, 75 squats, 75 kettles, and 75 big boys. Partner A bear crawls across field and jogs back while partner B does the work, trading off and repeating until the work is done.

Mary: 3 pax chose ab exercises and called cadence until we ran out of time. Box cutters, flutter kicks, Freddy mercuries.

COT: Over the weekend I answered a work call on the car audio with the kids in the car and we were treated to an expletive-filled (although generally convivial, respectful, and appreciative) monologue. Having an audience for that conversation was a good reminder to treat others with honor and respect (emphasis on the conviviality, appreciation, etc, rather than the expletives), and the particular importance of and value in modeling good and healthy adult relationships when kids are around.
