You Missed It!  Luckily, there’s always next Thursday.  6 Pax out on a pleasant 71° morning to put in some miles and get stronger.

WoR – Side Straddle Hop, Mountain Man Poopers, Abe Vagodas, Daisy Pickers

Thang –  Ruck for 3 miles stopping every 1/2 mile for exercises, including Gravediggers (14), Lunge walk (120′), Thrusters (21), Step Ups (14), Angled Pulls (14), and a Guardian Run (fast-passed ruck/jog with packs on) 0.25 mi.

Mary – Big Boy Sit Ups (27), Flutter Kicks 4 count (8)

CoT – Our Words are powerful.  You can’t have a negative thought while saying something positive.  In the negative world that is more ever-present, staying positive can be challenging.  Try saying a positive Affirmation to yourself.  Don’t think it, say it.  You need to hear those words.  So do others, so remember to tell your M, your Littles and those that matter a positive affirmation.  Because in the words of SNL’s character Stuart Smalley, I smart enough, I’m strong enough, and gosh darn-it, people like me!
