10 decline Merkins w/curb and 10 jump tucks. Slower end Jog North 1blk, sprint 1blk (1set) Repeat this North to Thomas Ave (3 sets total). Air squats if you get to milestones early.

Many ways to interpret this quote. It makes me think of qualities that others have modeled for me over the years. One in particular is being present in conversation and making others feel like your hanging on every word they say. Being a good listener, making eye contact, allowing others to speak without interruption is a great way to make people feel appreciated and respected.
