Warm up:

Side Straddle Hop 10 count + 1 squat jump.

Then 9 SSH + 2 squat jump.

and so on…

QIC May have lost count, but all pax out of breath and warm nonetheless.

12 mountain man poopers

moseied to track.

Thang 1

Partner lunges around the track: One partner starts lunging while other runs around the track.

once runner reaches lunging partner, alternate.

repeat until the pair has lunged around the track once.

Thang 2

run up and down the 6 flight of stairs in the parking garage. 20 squats after each up/down.

middle stairs are good for avoiding the Paul Blart near the main entrance.

mosied back and stretched.

wont see most of you until the new year/decade. Looking forward to a stronger and faster year in 2020!
