Partner lunges around the track: One partner starts lunging while other runs around the track.
once runner reaches lunging partner, alternate.
repeat until the pair has lunged around the track once.
run up and down the 6 flight of stairs in the parking garage. 20 squats after each up/down.
middle stairs are good for avoiding the Paul Blart near the main entrance.
