Great workout this morning. Had nine great guys who made it: Kodak, Audit, Chalmers, Goldie, Hacky Sack, Puck, Sheriff, the Missionnary, and myself.
Multiple circuits: 1. high bear crawl, sumo squats, run, side straddle hops; 2. Inclined run, merkins, decline run, jump squats; 3. Lunges, low bear crawl, run, burpees; 4. Four square (tricep push-ups, squats, big boy sit-ups, burpees). All followed by some a killer MoM round.
This is is an awesome group that inspire each other to push ourselves to the next level. Weird to say that they make me look forward to 5:30 in the morning.
