The Thang:
Movement circuit down field w/teams.
A) Starting baseline w/ 60second jump rope as a team. Then High knees to next cone
B) 20 Jumping Jacks- power skip to next cone
C) 10 Bonnie Blairs- lunges to next cone
D) 20 Merkins- Bear crawl to next cone
E) 20 squats- Shuffle north to next cone
F) 20sec Mountain Climbers- Shuffle south to next cone
G) 15 Burpees- jog back to Jump ropes

Closing:
When you work with a team it comes with the territory that everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses. It’s fun to watch people move at the same pace and silently motivate each other during a team oriented challenge. The PAX seem to find roles for themselves throughout the challenge and show a true sense of camaraderie. It is inspiring to watch people of different backgrounds come together so effortlessly.
