NAKED MOLESKIN:

Shout out to @DillyDilly. I took most of this from him and the Naperville crew. We did not hit those Hand Release Merkins – but we will soon.

We don’t get out there (or wherever you are working out lately) to do something easy. Today was no exception. Just getting out the door today was a win.It was great to get out and get after it. 3 PAX got some serious reps and hoisted some weight – at social distance. The transitions were brutal. It was a good grind. It is inspiring to see my fellow PAX rise up (literally) as we slogged through this one.I used to be a 2-3 solo workout a week guy. That was good.

Now I’m a solid 5 and I love it. It feels great to do the work early. Gets me standing up straighter those days and feeling calmer as we navigate the world as it is. I enjoy my days off more and I look forward to the next meeting at the Wreck Center.
