Every 20 reps, take a 50m run out/back.
MOLESKIN – Odd times, that is for sure, but seeing a few guys and getting rncouraged to do something I prob wouldn’t do on my own is the best part of my day.
The Shelter in Place is only predicted to be 1/3 over and for YHC, it’s starting to become a grind. Personally, I cannot look for the finish line, but have to start taking it day by day – just like every burpee rep started to suck after 20, I have to get through each day like another burpee rep.
I’m already looking fwd to Friday RunClub.
