Had a solid crew for today’s workout. Had Kodak, Hackysack, Puck, the Missionary, Cutter, Sheriff, and Chalmers.
Easy warmups (side straddle hops and knee/elbow twists) then moseyed to a parking garage to run the stairs four times followed by burpee leapfrog. Until we got booted by security.
Moved to another garage for an inclined shuttle run. 20 squats at the bottom and 20 merkins at the top. Alternated between a sprint, side shuffle, and high knee skips to get between top and bottom.
Finished up with some partner burpees/wall sits and Mary.
A good group of guys that make me want to get out of bed in the dark and the cold to make it happen.
