COT:

  • I AM INSPIRED by the consistent turnout of these men each morning, but especially in the dark and on a cold, single-digit day like today.
  • I AM INSPIRED by what F3 has done for my fitness as far as growth and consistency as well as who I am becoming and strengthening of personal relationships.
  • I AM INSPIRED what we can accomplish as a group in 2020 as men start chattering/planning upcoming events as well as the potential to give this to MOAR MEN. The opportunity to share this to the greater Oak Park area. /resounding Amen.

Naked Moleskin: Okay, so I bit off more than I can chew (again) and I’m still working on timing and understanding what is feasible in the given workout time. We landed back at base 2 mins after the :45 min mark and I still had 2-3 additional options thinking we might come back under time. (saving for next time)

I thought I struck gold while scouting this playground destination for a decent pull-up bar, (so many of our exercises are pushing), but immediate reaction to the swing-set pull-up bar was “who do you think I am? Spud Webb??” My bad, T-Claps to those who attempted PU’s; even I burned out after a few reps each round and went to the burpee substitute.

/Kodak OUT!
