It’s going to be a balmy 23 degrees so come join us for a workout that I’m calling the TV Land workout.
The TV Land workout. Oldies but goodies and as with every rerun, it’s almost never like you remember it.
12 PAC were on hand (Sheriff, LED, Bouche, Bronco, RA, Kodak, The Missionary, Da Beef, Griswald, Puck, and Cutter). Weather was a lovely 25F and clear.
Warmups – seal jacks, smurf jacks, run in place with high knees and butt kickers
Rerun 1 – suicide slides. Run 25ish yards, 10 burpees, run to start line. Run 50ish yards, 15 squats, run to start. Run 100ish yards, 15 mountain climbers, run to start. Repeat and add 5 reps to each exercise. Our field was iced over so we used the nearby parking ramp so distances may be off but the inclines added to the fun.
Rerun 2 – Hero March. Partner up and fireman carry or piggyback your part enter 25ish yards, 10 merkins, other partner carries back to the starting line, 15 gas pumps (leg thrusts). Repeat 3 times adding 5 reps to each exercise.
New Bonus episode – Little Bear Hops. Low bear crawl five paces to the right, one burpee, repeat three times then repeat coming back to the left.
Mary – Hold six inches, foot circles to the left, foot circles to the right. Hold Dead Cockroach. Little mountain climbers
Finish with 10 diamond merkins on Q’s pace
COT – I am challenging myself to keep an open mind when interacting with people who have different views/opinions than I do. I want to try and at least understand where they are coming from. We still may not agree but at least we understand each other a little better and hopefully have encouraged mutual respect. I’m extending that challenge to whoever wants to take it up.
