Music playing…”Saturday, in the park, must have been the 4th of July” (almost).
Oak Park has had good numbers lately, let’s keep the momentum going by revisiting a solid beatdown from March that only three of us got to enjoy. Hit that HC button and commit to doing the hard thing tomorrow. We need to know so we can plan enough coupons….bring gloves.
Also, let’s get together for an EC run at 6:15. Easy pace.
BackBlast:
9 men entered the field ready for another lovely Saturday in Oak Park. On deck was a workout imparted on the OP pax in April when only 3 were present. So a taste of F3 Columbia’s battle was imparted on 7 new unsuspecting leaders.
Conditions: 72 degrees, breezy but with 95% humidity

Its important that we continue to push the limits of what we believe is possible in our workouts. About 30 minutes into this one, most of the pax did not believe they could finish and yet many did. Truly the number of reps someone completed did not matter as much as pushing through the challenge to see how many one could do and stretching ourselves toward growth. Good work today, there’s a good chance the Battle Dozen will come back in different versions many more times.
