Before you get started on your Friday night, make a plan to head over the Wreck Center (or wherever you will workout) and get some reps. The weather won’t cooperate later in the day get out and get after it.

THANG 1: 100s – Run to cones 100 feet away.
1. Run to cone – 100 LBCs
2. Run back – 100 Squats
3. Run to cone – 100 Flutter Kicks
4. Run back – 100 Lunges
THANG 2: William Wallace – 3 cones in triangle center; PAX start 15 yards out
PAX 1 shuttles to and from cone and does exercise; PAX 2 holds plank – then switch.
R1 – 15 merkins
R2 – 15 jump squats
R3 – 15 Carolina dry docks
R4 – 10 burpees
THANG 3: 50 – 1 cone at “50 yard line”
10 Burpees – run to cone
Back home via Burpee Broad Jump
Out to cone via Crab Walk

The skies got blue and we got some sun!
YHC enjoyed seeing @Hackysack and meeting @Hot Lips.
We had great energy and spirit as we did our reps and soaked up the water in the grass.

A handful got in the EC Ruck this morning with credit to @Kodak for bringing weight for others and @HoJo bringing the motivation.
