Butkus x3 – (Rapid step ups on a curb for a minute, then 30 second rest. We worked it like toe taps.)
Mosey to Huskie Garage (Mountain)
Burp Back Garage (Mountain) – Forward Run Down, Backward Run Up, x5; Partner on Burpees to 100
The PAX gathered showed determination to complete the monkey business on Monkey Island. We pushed one another hard.
PAX showed focus to finish what we started on Burp Back Garage (Mountain) going slightly over time (which is right on time when I’m on the Q).

Post workout, we had visitors.The encounter with these strangers gave us much to think about.
A thing I will mention is that loneliness and desperation are everywhere in the best of times.
I am grateful to have a safety net that is strong and includes the PAX gathered today.
Many others don’t have such a safety net, so they fall farther and harder.
