Ten PAX made it out in the light snow (Sheriff, Cutter, RA, LED, Hacky Sack, Kodak, Puck, Bouche, and Bronco). Potential slippery roads called for an audible so we took the shuttle to fun town.
Mosey to OPRF parking garage. Round 1 25 yard inclined shuttle run, repeat four times increasing speed from ~25% up to 100% on the last run. Repeat but increasing distance to about 50 yards. PAX waiting to get tagged in doing squats.
Mosey to Oak Park Ave parking garage and ran the stairs four times. No long arm of the security guard stopping us this time.
Mosey back to OPRF garage and repeat the 50 yard shuttle run. Third place team did 10 Bonnie Blair’s, second place team did 25 merkins, and the winning team…did both.
