100 – Push Press (40* sandbag)
200 – Lunges (40*)
300 = 150 weighted BB SitUps+150 weighted Squats
Run 1 mile back to AO
Moleskin: There is no better way to start the week than taking a big bite out of a really hard task. All four of us fell short of the Rx 600 reps, (YHC had 150 to go), but my instructions stated that at some point the pax had to stop the reps in order to make the final mile run in time. This becomes a benchmark, or not … TBD, but we will likely see this workout again.
Also really great to see a pax post incognito although won’t call him out specifically if that brings tension on the home front. I know my M is concerned about social distancing , but she also recognizes the mental relief for me to meet these guys for a workout. We’re all aware of how to maintain a balance as well as an outwardly perception to the community as we workout together/ not-together.
Thoughts go to RA and his M as they are negotiating an energetic 2.0 and close-quarters, Bronco and his M as they work as a team to accomplish a C-19 medical rotation, the men we haven’t seen in a while and Puck’s shoulder.
