Whenever or wherever you get this one in – it will be timely!
If you can, get up and out. We all know that the reasons we can’t get in a workout increase as the day goes on.
We worked it on top of the OPRF garage (mostly). This one can be accomplished fairly easily in your home or around your block.
-20 Goofballs – A standing mountain climber
(running in place) while you alternate your arms up and down
(like climbing a ladder).

All exercises done for 2 minutes continuously. Focus on steady reps. It is NOT a AMRAP.

Reverse Crunch – on your back, straight legs out, bring your legs to your chest

Do it again. Times are different. Creates a nice downhill momentum to the finish.

Reverse Crunch – 1:00
Merkins – 1:00
Ran out of time to keep the Burpees interspersed – but feel free
