This standard Hero Workout is to be used as a fitness test. Pax to keep the total time spent on WU/Thang to 45 mins and remember how many reps you completed in-between the 1st/2nd mile runs.
Pax wrapped up the WOD just around the :45 min mark (approx 37-39 mins dedicated to the WOD); kudos to RA for getting the furthest and complete long all the reps except a handful of pull-ups.
Moleskin : This is a grinder or a workout, but one worth repeating. The rep count was laid out the previous night, unlike this current pandemic in which we really don’t know how many days we have to stick it out.
Either way, we do these ‘Hero WODs’ our of respect and remembrance; they’re hard, but we should be grateful for having the abilities to attempt.
