The Cooper: ran around a cover field. After 1st lap – 10 burpees, 10 squats, 10 merkins. After second lap – 9, 9, 9. Then 8, 8, 8, and so on down to 1.
Random items including lunge walks and merkins.
6 minutes of Mary – tippy taps, pickle pushers, flutter kicks, dollies, big boys. Finished with elbow plank to exhaustion; Puck held 2 minutes.
