Hello guys,
9 of us showed up today, and under calm and beautiful sunny morning.
our work out:
25 min partner drill
Pair up in partners and start at then 0 line.
1st drill: each partner sprints to the 10 yard line line and back. Then his/her partner does the same thing. This goes on for 5 min.
2nd drill: each partner sprints to the 20 yard line and back. Then his/her partner does the same thing. This goes on for 5 min.
3rd drill: each partner sprints to the 30 yard line line and back. Then his/her partner does the same thing. This goes on for 5 min.
4th drill: each partner sprints to the 40 yard line line and back. Then his/her partner does the same thing. This goes on for 5 min.
5th drill: each partner sprints to the 50 yard line line and back. Then his/her partner does the same thing. This goes on for 5 min.
