5/29 RunClub started w/ Kodak and RA getting out on a 3+ mile ruck. Good convo on the quiet streets w/ this High Impact Man and am impressed by his EH abilities to get me out in the early Gloom on a weekday.
Conditions : Perfect. Why would anyone come to Chicago and complain about the weather??? …. coffeeteria ran especially late cause mumblechatter and sunshine was STRONG.
PAX : Bronco, FVI, Kodak (QIC), LED, Monsanto, RA.

“In our lives, change is unavoidable, loss is unavoidable. In the adaptability and ease with which we experience change, lies our happiness and freedom.” Buddha
YHC reminded the Pax that even though life seems repetitive during SIPO, that things are changing rapidly for many whether work-related or relationships. Encouraged them to take these changes and embrace. Be flexible w/ the unknown.
Moleskin: As a back-of-the-pack athlete, nothing is more encouraging to see the runners at the front finish their sprint and then peel back to p/u the six. We all ran our guts out, each finished w/ different abilities … but it takes a strong mind to circle back and extend their own distance. That’s leading from the Front!
