6 PAX came together on a muggy morning and got straight down to business.
Warm Up – Abe Vigodas IC fwd/rev X12; Cherrypickers IC X10; Imperial Walkers IC X20; Motivators down from 10; Mosey.
Thang 1 – Pair up for Dora; One guy takes 150 yd lap; other guy does 5 burpees, 10 flutter kicks; 15 merkins (first 5 pickle pounders, second 5 diamond merkins, last 5 merkins). Once complete set, start over but add 5 more to each exercise. 19 minutes total for about 525 reps total. Mosey.
Thang 2 – Staggered start 1-mile time trial back to Wreck Center.
Mary – Slow leg lifts IC X10
Coffeteria – Abundance of coffee as 3 different PAX brought coffee. Stayed 20 minutes and skedaddled just when it started to drizzle.
